July 18 - City Council holds public hearing to certify the FEIR. They will also pass a resolution to amend the General Plan, Zoning Ordinance, and the Holbrook Palmer Park Master Plan.

Aug 1 - General Plan Committee Hearing on the amendment to General Plan and Zoning Ordinances

Aug 22 - Planning Commission Hearing on amendments to General Plan and Zoning Ordinances

Sep 5 - Park & Rec Commission Hearing on amendment to HP Park Master Plan

Here's the bottom line:

D. SIGNIFICANT UNAVOIDABLE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS

Even with implementation of the mitigation measures recommended in Section IV.D, Transportation, Circulation and Parking the proposed project would result in significant and unavoidable impact to the operation of the El Camino Real/Watkins Avenue intersection.
