Facebook, city to release draft development deal

Facebook and the city of Menlo Park will release this week the terms of a draft development agreement that, when approved, would allow the social networking giant to continue adding employees at its new Menlo Park headquarters.

Can someone at the Almanac please explain why comments have been disabled on today's story: "When Background Checks Miss the Mark"?
It is very worrisome that this person's identity is being protected. Where is the protection for the children this teacher has already harmed and the ones that may be harmed going forward?
