Train victim identified as man in wheelchair

Update: A man in an electric wheelchair was struck and killed by a train on the Caltrain tracks in San Mateo on Thursday afternoon, an agency spokeswoman said.

...and you want to put in a HS rail...

Why is it impossible to get timely CalTrain alerts so those of us who are stuck on a stopped train can make alternate travel arrangements ???
