Sure- make the jail a very attractive and inviting place."I am committed to breaking the cycle of generational offenders. One way to do that is to provide robust visiting opportunities to the children of both male and female inmates."
Make it more attractive than the homes that the kids come from in the first place, and guess where they will wind up?

Munks is a disgrace and an abomination,as is his sidekick and accomplice Bolanas [?]. If others in the Sheriff's Dept. had not been intimidated, one of them could surely have run for the office last election. How can he be trusted with anything related to women or with truth? The fact that the Sheriffs' Union AND the DA wrote letters of support for him is even more egregious.

Yaawwwwwnnn. Holy 5 years ago. Why is it everytime the Sheriff does anything or says anything it is Groundhog day with this again? Lets keep reliving that one day and give no credit for the outstanding work since. He apologized, get over it already.
