'High-risk' sex offender back in custody

An accused sex offender on parole who escaped Friday morning from a mental health facility in unincorporated Redwood City was found Saturday morning in San Francisco and is back in custody.

The escaped high risk offender from the Telecare Corp. Cordilleras Mental Health Facility in Redwood City has been located and is in custody in San Francisco.
