A ray of hope in effort to recover Lehman Brothers losses

In an encouraging development for local school districts hopeful of recouping heavy losses to their investments in the 2008 collapse of Lehman Brothers investment bank, a federal judge in New York has ruled that there are partial grounds to proceed with a lawsuit in which San Mateo County is a plaintiff.

Details please? Or is it just clearly another broad narrative that is all propaganda and zero credibility?

Does this mean all of the 1%ers that support your failed leader such as Schmidt, Mayer, and Zuckerberg..etc...need to pay back too since their insane compensation levels was derived from the same capital markets?
