Man assaults 72-year-old cyclist in Menlo Park

A 72-year-old man walking his bike along El Camino Real was hit and then chased, according to Menlo Park police.

Was the attacker a pedestrian or a car driver? What did the bicyclist do to provoke him? Very confusing report.
