The Woodside Priory is a wonderful neighbor, valuable member of our community, and trusted friend to those who attend, visit, and enjoy. We would never consider asking the basketball program to go without a floor and lawns aren't particularly environmentally friendly - with the need for water, fertilizer, and pest control. The Priory is a trusted institution capable of making sound decisions for their own property with an eye to careful study and open exchange of information. The town soccer field near the Alpine Inn is frequently unusable due to conditions so we have experience in the high maintenance of a grass field. Lets let the kids at the Priory have the facilities they deserve and the Priory the authority to maintain and plan their own athletic fields. They have been so generous with us - let us extend the compassion both ways. GoTurf! Love the artificial fields my son has used in RWC.
