You wouldn't want a disagreement or a different perspective would you.

"board or county thinks is best" The board is 5 people of which up until this last election 2 were APPOINTED. Who is Don ref. to when he says county? In the story below you'll see that Carole Groom who was appointed has joined Don to make this elected position a appointed position.

Voters are in control of Controller position.
