Just like any yoga class, yoga can give you more flexibility (in body and mind), physical and mental strength, increased energy, improved memory and clarity, better concentration , improved overall health and peace. Chair yoga (often taught in a circle format)also brings social connection and a sense of community and team building for yoga at companies. This free class is today, Wednesday, February 20th at 3:30 pm. Atherton Library 2 Dinkelspiel Station Lane. 650-328-2422.
