Chair Yoga at Atherton Library

Spread the love within yourself with Chair Yoga. Chair Yoga is a safe and effective way to offer Yoga to any group, age, and level of health or mobility.

Just like any yoga class, yoga can give you more flexibility (in body and mind), physical and mental strength, increased energy, improved memory and clarity, better concentration , improved overall health and peace. Chair yoga (often taught in a circle format)also brings social connection and a sense of community and team building for yoga at companies. This free class is today, Wednesday, February 20th at 3:30 pm. Atherton Library 2 Dinkelspiel Station Lane. 650-328-2422.
