Saturday: Raising mental health awareness

The Mental Health Awareness Project, founded by Lisa Pamphilon of Menlo Park, will hold an inaugural event on Saturday, May 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Menlo Park City Council Chambers.

Educating and learning more about Mental Health helped me in ways I never imagined. It healed the shame that bound me from living life. Please come and spread your experience, strength, and hope so we can all learn from each other...Your story or comments just might save a life !
