Menlo-Atherton Industrial Arts teacher, Mr. Mark Leeper, was named the San Mateo County Commuter of the Year by 511.org and Kaiser Permanente. For more than 12 years, Mr. Leeper or lovingly known by his students as "Leapdog", pedals his way to work from his home in San Carlos.
