A possible mountain lion sighting was reported in Woodside near the San Francisco State Fish and Game Refuge Wednesday night, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.
The animal was spotted in an area near the 100 block of Marva Oaks Way and was last seen walking off into nearby brush.
The Sheriff’s Office urges residents to take precautions in that area and to report any additional sightings to the Sheriff’s Office at (650) 363-4911.
