Stephen Wagstaffe Prosecutor of the Year Award:
The Stephen Wagstaffe Prosecutor of the Year Award is presented annually to a prosecutor who has performed his or her duties with outstanding job performance, enthusiasm, teamwork and integrity. Additionally, this award acknowledges exemplary work by the nominee in the pursuit of justice and promoting and maintaining a positive working relationship with members of the Redwood City Police Department.
The timing is perfect right before the election in June, How would anybody know how he has performed his duties.
Why is a Police Department giving this award?

Of course I could be very mistaken, but from what I could gather online by researching just a little bit about Steven Wagstaffe and HOW his office, and his strong-arms, the law enforcement, could possibly get away with SO MUCH. I found, quite easily online, that there also exists an interesting law firm, called, 'Kerr and Wagstaffe', and this is one powerful team, INDEED, and the photo's online of Jim Wagstaffe, who heads this team, well, he and Steven Wagstaffe both appear to be too similar-looking, so much so that the must be be twins (?) or maybe blood brothers but certainly fist cousins, and of course I am only guessing, though. Of course I could be wrong, incorrect, that is.
Does anyone know about this? What the relationship IS?
But I am not incorrect about this: Jim Wagstaffe of Kerr and Wagstaffe is also an instructor to our very own,Federal Judges.
And so, reporting to the Ca. Bar in my opinion right now, so far that is, and with everything else I and my distressed wife, together, are going through, here, now? My hunch is that reporting to the Bar is like mostly singing to their own choir - pretty nearly. I could be wrong though. My wife's situation is rather complex and I imagine their reaction to her problem would be similar to the one she received from the State Attorney's Office - no human name, and no referrals, and even sarcasm. This made her very distressed as she could not believe it, too.
So, this old friend, here, the Lt.? I am very tired and it's pretty near crippling to think of what could be wagered next. And, but, he and I, my wife and I are old, and so we're now wanting very much to be sure the young people become awake and get busy helping with the problems we have in this administration. You see? This is what she and I are all about now.
The real point is, that if a data base isn't first established to enable a GROUP of advocates for justice to converse, report, meet, and to act together with the strength that a solidarity group affords. Otherwise we will of course be hacking at the branches as individuals, fragmented, as they are NOT, and if we had a data base, we would have everything, really - in THIS day and age, it's a necessity, as I've heard this from people far smarter than ME! And, that San Mateo County needs one now - I heard this, too.
Mr. Stogner, Michael Stogner, sir, please count me as one of your friends, as I looked you up online too, and admire your work a LOT. Please contact me! My wife and I want to help in anyway we can, and together have a lot to offer you and your friends, YOUR team. And, fyi, I'm going to investigate more about that organization you have mentioned, 'The Service League of San Mateo County', the non-profit agency that you have mentioned online, and, that interests my wife and I very much now...
