Should Las Lomitas school board seek a parcel tax increase? How much?

Trustees of the Las Lomitas School District say the district needs a parcel tax increase of $200 a year to avoid program cuts. But a recent survey in the district shows voters won't provide the two-thirds approval necessary for any increase above $98 a year.
