I worry that this behavior with be exhibited in the DA's heir apparent.
It seems that DA's office has highjacked the entire judicial system by controlling the process early on with creative charges, litigating "through the margins" and emotional blackmail.
I thought they were supposed present a more balanced set of circumstances and let the judges decide the cases.
If I were the Judges of SMC I would getting pretty mad right now at the DA's office attempt to make them effectively irrelevant.
As you well know this has become a common theme. Bothum Troy Henderson, John Johns, Jon Buckheit...... all spring to mind--just from Atherton and just from current events.
Come on judges!! Stand up for yourselves.

I have been asking for Oversight of the DA'S Office since 2001. Many if not most of our current sitting Judges have been trained and worked under James P. Fox.

A fair question to ask James P. Fox, and Steve Wagstaffe is when did the switch occur. What date and what caused the change?
In the above example James P. Fox and Morley Pitt pass on/gave a confidential Police Report to a person other than the person involved.
Jon Buckheit was the person involved.
