Stanford offers lease deal to Menlo Park residents

Original post made on Apr 28, 2013

Well, this makes a world of sense. No one loses and this allows Stanford to eventually remove this anomaly. I can't imagine Stanford making the add-on fee great enough to cause bad publicity.

What happens to property taxes on these sites when Stanford takes them back and uses for their faculty and staff housing challenges? Will property taxes still flow to Menlo Park or the county?
