Very specific number - 17 seconds - compared to the factless claim "significantly reduce safety "

Belittle the miniscule 17 seconds, then claim it will bring hoards of traffic off 101 an 280 - how does that work?

"If more kids... if more people can.... how much will that alleviate car traffic?" Don't know. Probably not much. Do you know?

Menlo AND Redwood need to go three lanes. It's absurd to funnel down to two lanes and makes a hellish drive during busy periods.
