After this fine gentleman is found justly GUILTY, won't he have to repay ALL that he has taken from the people of Portola Valley? He can't sit back and keep his home after this can he?? I'm sorry for his family, but that's the breaks for breaking the law and stealing! I hope they have enough to get something smaller or are able to rent. (This assuming he had any equity built up in his home...)

So ten months after Tim Hanretty resigned his post, somehow he is acountable for the current Superintendent not preparing a legitimate budet, one that was tossed by the County? Sounds like blame-laying to me. Might want to check that new Super and the Board she reports to more carefully.....just saying.....
