Simitian to hold town hall meetings

State Sen. Joe Simitian will discuss state government issues that affect our local communities in several town hall meetings in the next two weeks. Community members are encouraged to bring their questions and concerns.

Meetings are scheduled for:

• Thursday, Sept. 30, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Los Altos City Council Chambers, 1 N. San Antonio Road, Los Altos.

• Saturday, Oct. 2, from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Palo Alto City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave. in Palo Alto.

• Wednesday, Oct. 6, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Redwood City Council Chambers, 1017 Middlefield Road in Redwood City.
