Louise DeDera returns to Coldwell Banker
Louise DeDera, who sold real estate on the Peninsula from 1978 to 1998, has returned as a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Ms. DeDera is working in the Menlo Park office, located at 930 Santa Cruz Ave.
During her 20-year career, Ms. DeDera was a top producing agent and ranked in the top 1 percent of Coldwell Banker agents internationally.
After leaving real estate, Ms. DeDera was active in Allied Arts Guild and the Menlo Park Kiwanis Club. She served as president of Allied Arts Guild in 2008 and president of the Kiwanis Club in 2010.
Ms. DeDera is a member of the Menlo Park Presbyterian Church, where she has served as elder, deacon, teacher, and small group leader. She served as regent for the El Palo Alto chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution from 2003 until 2005 and as governor of the Sequoia Colony Society of Mayflower Descendents from 2004 until 2009.
She has bachelor's and master's degrees in education from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
