Woodside Village Church: 50th anniversary of sanctuary

The Woodside Village Church will celebrate the 50th anniversary of its large sanctuary building at its 9:30 a.m. worship service on Sunday, June 12.

The sanctuary was dedicated on Pentecost Sunday in 1961.

The service will begin with a rededication of the sanctuary, followed by a dedication of a new young tree. There will be a catered buffet and opportunities to share memories from the past 50 years.

The church is at 3154 Woodside Road in Woodside. To RSVP or get more information, call the church office at 851-1587.
