Local agents rank among top in U.S.

Sixteen Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agents are among the top 1,000 Realtors in the United States, according to the Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, a real estate consulting company.

The sixteen named include the following local agents: Tom LeMieux and Keri Nichols from the Menlo Park-Santa Cruz office; the Kristin Cashin Group from the Menlo Park-Valparaiso office; the Kavanaugh team from Portola Valley; and Scott Dancer and Erika Demma from Woodside.
