Monday: Candidate forum for high school district election

A candidate forum is set for 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 24, for members of the public to ask questions of five candidates running for three open seats on the board of the Sequoia Union High School District Board.

The League of Women Voters of South San Mateo County is organizing the forum, which will take place at the district office at 480 James Ave. in Redwood City.

The candidates, in alphabetical order, are: Carrie Du Bois, Olivia Martinez, Larry Moody, Lorraine Rumley and Allen Weiner.
