Woodside studies committee charters

The Woodside Town Council will meet Tuesday, May 8, to resume a study session on modifying and updating the charters of the volunteer committees that advise the council, given that town now has an updated general plan. The council meets at 7:30 p.m. in Independence Hall at the corner or Woodside and Whiskey Hill roads.

Also on the agenda: approval or denial of a horse-riding arena with a gravel surface at 1450 Canada Road. Both the Architectural & Site Review Board and the Planning Commission have approved the project, but the council has been considering whether gravel counts toward a project's impervious surface limits.
