Clarification on letters, Town Square

Last week some Almanac readers were understandably confused by an unsigned letter about the Atherton library. The letter was written by Denise Kupperman, chair of the Atherton Library Building Steering Committee, whose signature was dropped due to a production error.

Also, on June 27, the Viewpoint pages carried a post taken from our Town Square forum. Such posts are often written anonymously in keeping with the rules of Town Square, which encourages posters to use their real name but does not require it.
