Menlo Park author wins book award

Menlo Park resident Carol McClelland has won a "Green Book Festival" award for her entry in the "…for Dummies" series, "Green Careers for Dummies."

Ms. McClelland's book won in the business category of the awards, an annual competition hosted by Hollywood-based company JM Northern Media.

Ms. McClelland is co-chair of the Menlo Park Green Ribbon Citizens' Committee, a volunteer group.
