A Magical Bridge Playdate

Uploaded: Nov 9, 2016

On Veterans Day, this Friday, 160 Girl Scouts from 22 troops in Palo Alto are participating in a Day of Service. They will be volunteering at 7 sites around the community including two nature preserves, Breast Cancer Connection, the One Warm Coat drive, Common Ground Garden, and the Magical Bridge Playground.

Magical Bridge Playground is always a wonderful to place to go with our kids. From the many swings to the fast slides to the two-story playhouse, there is so much for little ones to do.

On Friday the playground will have even more to offer. 25 Brownie, Junior and Cadette scouts will host a variety of fun activities from 9:30-11:30 for kids to enjoy. From face painting to decorating cards for hospitalized veterans, it should be a fun-filled morning for all. Everybody is welcome.
We need your support now more than ever. Can we count on you?

Thank you so much, Cheryl, for letting folks know about this event! The Girl Scouts are super excited about partnering with the Magical Bridge Foundation for this event, which will not only be fun but also raise awareness of the importance of playgrounds where kids of all abilities can play and grow in skills. Coming soon, a Magical Bridge Playground in Redwood City, too!
