Holiday LEGO Show

Uploaded: Jan 13, 2017
We finally made it out to see the Holiday LEGO show at Palo Alto's Museum of American Heritage. Our son's enthusiasm for this event has only grown year after year and I knew he would be disappointed if we missed it. If you haven't checked out this event yet, this is the last weekend to go.

Our kids enjoyed seeing Christmas trees, reindeer, Santa, etc post-Christmas. Along with airplanes, helicopters, a zoo, parade and so much more made out of Legos.

Now that our son is old enough to enjoy building with Legos himself, I made sure to chat with him about how imaginative the members of this club are. It's a good reminder that Legos can be fun to play with both with and without the instructions.

Afterwards, our son asked to see the museum itself. The ferris wheel and carousel erector sets were a bit hit. Along with the wooden trains in the kids' area.

We can't wait to check out this event again next year and see all of the new creations made by the Bay Area LEGO Users' Group and Train Club. Thanks again for putting on such a wonderful exhibit for both adults and little ones.
We need your support now more than ever. Can we count on you?

Mark - We had a wonderful time seeing all of the creations. Thank you! No line and no rain made the outing even more pleasant.
