When the air quality was poor, I started brainstorming how to get an effective workout inside. I have debated buying an elliptical or indoor bike, but decided not to with young kids at home. I would hate for one of them to get injured by fitness equipment. Our girls also love doing yoga with me so I was on the lookout for something that they could periodically try.
I finally decided to check out HIIT and I’m hooked. I’m familiar with many of the moves from my high school swim team practices. I love that I can get my heart rate up quickly and I can do it with our kids close by and even participating.
