‘Twas the Night Before Christmas
Uploaded: Dec 9, 2019
When we were returning books at the library, my daughter saw a poster for the Dance Repertory Theatre’s production of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas
. She thought the ballerinas looked beautiful and asked to go to the performance. I told her I would look into it, but assumed the performance would not be age appropriate. Was I wrong.
After checking out their website, I realized that this performance was made especially for families with young kids. It was also close by and there were still tickets available. How could I say no.
We ended up seeing the performance yesterday and I am so happy we did. It was such a wonderful and festive way to spend the afternoon. The dancers clearly worked hard, everyone was extremely welcoming, and they put together a great holiday show. Our girls especially enjoyed seeing Santa, Rudolph and all of the little kids having a great time on stage.
If you have young kids, this is a fun show to go to and celebrate the holiday season.
