Hey Food Partiers!
The San Mateo County Library system is hosting a free summer program of online cook-along classes. The series starts this upcoming week with
Vegan Latin American
Wednesday, May 5
5:30 PM- 6:30 PM
Class has options for meat and non meat eaters, or the blended bunch among you. Taught by yours truly, we’ll be cooking a full meal in class, discussing how to update a traditional Latin dish such as Ropa Vieja, into a plant-lovers delight!
Two other classes later in the summer:
Mocktail Cocktail (June 23rd)
and
Not Your Fathers Grilling Class (July 28th)
Both from 5:30 PM- 6:30 PM
Please join us for one class, or for the series. When you register, you will get the recipe packet, which includes a shopping and prep list to prepare before class.
