Photographs taken throughout Europe and Africa by Menlo Park's Bill Helms are among highlights of the 16th annual Menlo Park Fine Arts Festival, set for Friday through Sunday, April 3 through 5. Sponsored by the Menlo Park Chamber of Commerce, the event takes place along downtown Santa Cruz Avenue from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. It showcases paintings in oil and watercolor, as well as jewelry and ceramics. Admission is free.
