Caring for husband with Alzheimer's

Author Ann Davidson will talk about her book, "Alzheimer's: A Love Story," and her experiences while caring for her husband after he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in a program on Saturday, April 4, at 11 a.m. at the Menlo Park Library.

Ms. Davidson is a former speech therapist and Palo Alto resident. Her presentation, part of the library's outreach program, "imparts hope for dealing with the many difficulties, decisions, emotions and actions that must be taken when faced with caring for a loved one," according to a library program coordinator.

After the presentation, a staff member from Menlo Park's Rosener House, an adult day center, will answer questions about Rosener House services.

Free van service to the library is available for Menlo Park senior citizens. To schedule van service, call 858-3468.

The Menlo Park Library is at 800 Alma St.
