Reports from Menlo Park and Woodside fire districts:
Structure fire: An April 2 kitchen fire at 211 Newbridge Street in Menlo Park caused an estimated $6,000 in damages, Menlo Park firefighters said.
Burning wires: Heavy winds March 28 blew part of a TV antenna onto power lines on Highland Terrace in Woodside, creating a surge that burned the wires along the street and caused smoke damage to three houses, Woodside firefighters said.
Injury accident: Minor injuries were reported March 28 after a traffic accident on southbound Interstate 280 north of Alpine Road, Woodside firefighters said.
