County advisory boards need members

People who want to become involved in the community are invited to apply for positions on the following San Mateo County advisory groups:

**Four openings on the North Fair Oaks Municipal Advisory Council, including for a business representative, a civic member at large, and two residents. Deadline for applications is Friday, April 10.

**In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Board, which advises the county authority administering personal assistance services in people's homes, and negotiating with managed care and other providers of services to eligible clients. Deadline for applications is Friday, April 10.

**Five vacancies on the Drug and Alcohol Advisory Board, two representing the general public, and one each with expertise in technical aspects, prevention and treatment.
