Restaurateur and chef John Bentley of Woodside's firehouse-turned-retaurant will appear at the Los Altos Farmers' Market at Foothill College from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, August 7.
Mr. Bentley was a first-in-his-class graduate of the California Culinary Academy 16 years ago. He is an active member of the international Chefs Collaborative 2000 and will share some of his food prep techniques and samples with the public at the market.
