"Kosovo's Future: Independence or Autonomy within Yugoslavia" is the topic of a talk before the World Affairs Council of Northern California on Thursday, March 22, at 8 p.m. in Room 180 of the Stanford Law School, corner of Alvarado and Nathan Abbott Way on the Stanford campus. The speaker is Edward W. Walker, executive director of the Berkeley Program in Soviet and Post Soviet Studies.
