Yankovsky-Miloradovich

Kristine Yankovsky of Woodside and Patrick Miloradovich of Walnut Creek were married May 4 at the John R. Kiely Equestrian Center in Woodside.

The bride was attended by her two children, Philip and Andrea, and the bridegroom was attended by his son, Patrick. A guest of honor was the bridegroom's foster mother, Peggy Young, who came from Oregon to attend the wedding.

Both the bride, who is an attorney, and the bridegroom, who is retired, grew up in Woodside. Mr. Miloradovich is the son of the late Col. "Milo" Miloradovich, a longtime instructor of the Woodside Junior Riders.

After a two-week honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta, the couple will live in Walnut Creek.

Altrocchi-Slatcher

Julia Hemenway Altrocchi and Richard Bennett Slatcher were married April 20 at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Boca Grande, Florida. A reception followed at the Gasparilla Inn Beach and Tennis Club.

The bride is the daughter of Penelope Huneke of Atherton and Manasota Key, Florida, and Dr. Paul Altrocchi of Kaneohe, Hawaii. She is a graduate of Castilleja School and Claremont McKenna College, and a policy analyst for Population Action International in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Slatcher is the son of Mrs. John F. Smith of Wilmington, Delaware, and Edward Slatcher of Pottstown, Pennsylvania. A graduate of the University of Richmond, he will enter the doctoral program in social psychology at the University of Texas in the fall. He is an associate director of development at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

The wedding party included the bride's four sisters and the bridegroom's two sisters; Christina Wray Olmsted was matron of honor. The newlyweds' future home will be in Austin, Texas.

Walz-Chapman

Stephanie Anne Walz and Scott Brandon Chapman were married recently at Stanford Memorial Church. A reception followed at Kohl Mansion in Burlingame.

The bride is the daughter of Elka and Helmut Walz of Portola Valley. A graduate of Woodside High School and Stanford University, she is an actress in Los Angeles.

The bridegroom is the son of Sharon and David Chapman of Lake Arrowhead. He is a graduate of Stanford University and a software project manager at Time Value Software in the Los Angeles area.

The bride's maids of honor were Kelly Ballentine and Christy Cummins. Bridesmaids were Gretchen Walz, Portia Zamos, Corinne Chapman, Stacy Chapman and Laura Twelves. Alina Haug was flower girl and Aaron Haug was ring bearer.

Kurt Chapman was best man. Ushers were Jason Gladden, T.J. Van Dusen, Jeff Grant, Zach Zimmerer and Andrew Walz.

After a three-week honeymoon in Malaysia and Europe, the couple is living in Pasadena.
