Tall crane at Beltramo office project
Tall crane at Beltramo office project
(December 17, 2003) Caption with Nick Wright photo in print edition: Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird -- it's a plane -- it's a really big crane! You had to crane your neck to see the top of this 50-ton crane with a 120-foot boom that soared above the trees at a construction site at 2061 Avy Ave. in West Menlo Park on December 11. The crane was setting steel columns for Beltramo Investment Co.'s two-story, 3,900-square-foot office building, said Mike Bank, the project manager for Menlo Park-based Novo Construction. The new building, which should be complete in late winter, will replace the one-story building that housed The Animal Doctors veterinary clinic.
