** Marine Corps Pfc. Jason H. Radcliffe , a 1999 graduate of Woodside High School, recently graduated from the Ground Communications Organizational Repair Course at Marine Corps Communications-Electronics School in Twentynine Palms, California.

** Coast Guard Seaman Joseph M. Broder , a 1999 graduate of Menlo High School in Atherton, recently graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Recruit Training Center in Cape May, N.J.
