Caption with picture in print edition: The San Andreas Youth Soccer Organization '93 Gryphons Girls took first place recently in the California Youth Soccer Association's District 2 Abronzino League under 10 Division, following 10 games of intense competition. This is the first year the girls have played in this competitive league. Team members include, from left, first row, Stevie Herrera and Nicole Smith; middle row, Danielle Coyle, Kathryn McAuliffe, Allison Rogers and Molly Simpson; and back row, Trisha Costanzo, Carisa Rivers, Jordan Richwood, Carly Richardson, Devon Errington and Nicola White. Nicola's mother, Cindie White of Atherton, is the team manager.
