Caption with Carol Ivie photo in print edition: Menlo Park's "Shop Menlo" campaign has gone bilingual with a Spanish-English banner going up on Willow Road near Hamilton Avenue in the Belle Haven area. Officials are hoping to entice residents to do their shopping at businesses in the city, so as to boost sales tax revenue for city services such as law enforcement and libraries.
