Atherton
Grand theft: Light fixtures stolen from inside a residence, first block of Oak Grove Avenue, December 20.
Vandalism: Damage to mailbox, second block of Park Avenue, December 22.
Petty theft: Pressure washer stolen, 200 block of Park Drive, December 23.
Menlo Park
Vehicle accidents:
Armed robbery: The Chevron station at 100 Middlefield Road near Willow Road was robbed of $400 cash on December 23. The robbers are still at large and an investigation is in progress.
Burglary: Video game player and power adapter stolen from resident in 1100 block of Hollyburne Avenue on December 19.
Fraud: Someone attempted to cash stolen check at Safeway grocery, 500 block El Camino Real, December 19.
Grand theft: Computer stolen from office, 800 block Oak Grove Avenue, December 22. Communications equipment stolen from unlocked vehicle, 300 block Pierce Road, December 22. Bobcat construction vehicle stolen from yard, 1200 block El Camino Real, December 23.
Petty theft: Purse, cell phone, credit cards and an unknown amount of cash stolen from unlocked vehicle, 300 block Laurel Street, December 19. Cell phone and car radio stolen from unlocked vehicle, 1300 block Hoover Street, December 20.
Auto burglary: Laptop computer, cell phone and gasoline credit card stolen, 3800 block Alameda de las Pulgas, December 19. Flute, CDs and sunglasses stolen, 2100 block Santa Cruz Avenue, December 19. Black carry bag stolen, first block Scott Drive, December 19. Car stereo face plate and change stolen, 200 block Gilbert Avenue, December 22. Rear window smashed, 1100 block Pine Street, December 22.
Vehicle theft: Vehicle stolen, 200 block Chester Street, December 20
