Tree work planned for Sand Hill Road Tree work planned for Sand Hill Road (February 11, 2004)

Caption with map in print edition: Workers are removing and relocating trees in the area of Sand Hill Road, Santa Cruz Avenue and Alpine Road as part of Stanford University's Sand Hill improvement projects. The work began February 10 and is expected to last about three weeks. Between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., the work will cause partial lane closures and diversions, and workers will be out directing traffic, Stanford officials said. For more information, call 306-0350.
