Caption with painting in print edition: "Wailea Bay" is one of the impressionistic landscapes in oil by Mary McCann of Portola Valley now on display at Portola Valley Art Gallery, 265 Portola Road, through March 21. Ms. McCann is a graduate of Stanford University where she studied fine arts and art history. New stoneware pottery by Jean Prophet of Cupertino is also featured at the gallery, which is open Wednesday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
