Police are looking for three men in connection with the armed robbery of a 7-11 convenience store at 1399 Willow Road in Menlo Park on Friday, March 26.

Three men entered the store, located at a Chevron gasoline station, at about 8:45 p.m. and one took out a handgun from his waistband and demanded cash from the clerk, said Sgt. Andrew Kline of the Menlo Park Police Department.

The other two men grabbed a small amount of cash from the open register and all three fled, police said.

With the assistance of a Palo Alto Police Department canine unit, Menlo Park police searched the area but didn't find the suspects. Several one-dollar bills were recovered less than a block from the store, police said.

Police described the suspects as two African-Americans of medium build, wearing all black clothing and one of whom was carrying a handgun; and a Pacific Islander of medium build. They all wore black ski masks.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Menlo Park Police Department at 330-6300.
