Tom Harmon of Junipero Serra High School and Stanford club water polo recently made a verbal agreement with the water polo coach to attend the University of Southern California, the 2003 NCAA water polo champions, in the fall. Tom also attended St. Raymond Elementary School in Menlo Park.

Mineau commits to University of Washington

Menlo-Atherton distance runner Jeremy Mineau signed a letter of intent April 21 to attend the University of Washington in Seattle next fall, where he plans to focus on the 5,000- and 10,000-meter track events and compete on the cross-country team. Jeremy, the reigning CCS boys' 3,200-meter champion, was named CCS boys cross-country athlete of the year this season.
