Good Neighbor Good Neighbor (May 12, 2004)

Caption with photo in print edition: Bill Conwell's many years of civic service netted him this year's Good Neighbor award from the Atherton Civic Interest League, which was presented at the May 6 annual town meeting. Mr. Conwell, a longtime ACIL director who is serving his 20th year on the Atherton City Council, has long represented the town on many of the various committees and commissions in the county, said league President Bob Jenkins.
