Graduates Graduates (August 11, 2004)

News of recent graduates:

** Elliott Baer , son of Brad and Pamela Baer of Menlo Park, received a bachelor of arts degree with an economics major from Williams College, Williamstown, Massachusetts on June 6.

** Maria Alvarez , daughter of Beth M. Alvarez and Fred Alvarez of Atherton, graduated with honors and received a bachelor of arts degree with a major in history and a minor in sociology and anthropology from Swarthmore College, Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. She is a Castilleja School graduate.

** Nicholas Camm Williams , a graduate of Sacred Heart Preparatory in Atherton, graduated recently from the University of Arizona ROTC and was commissioned an Army lieutenant in the infantry. He comes from many generations of Army officers and received the oath of office from his grandfather, Lt. Gen. Frank A. Camm (retired). Mr. Williams is attending officer basic training and will serve with the 101st Airborne Infantry Division.
